I have managed to set up the internet and TV with no issues but I can't get a dialling tone on my land line. The phone was working with sky the day before and i have used the cables the were sent with the virgin equipment. I have checked the connections and they are fine. i am keeping my original number. Can anyone help or does anyone have a virgin email address I can send this query to as I already spent 20 minutes on the phone and couldn't get through
I have been able to locate your account you have been provided a temporary number to use until we can arrange for your number to be ported in.
Whilst in your account I have ran some tests including a test call to your line that isn't getting through to you and this means that there is an issue with your line that would need an engineer visit to resolve.
