land line suddenly stopped working

land line suddenly stopped working no incoming or out going calls. how do I report this from my mobile phone. help please

I am sorry to hear about the issue you are having with the land line.

 

Are you connected via the hub or the wall socket?

 

If wall socket, have you received an adaptor from us or any texts/emails regarding the home phone switch over?

phone connected to wall socket. not yet received hub adaptor.

Managed to find phone number, fault on line being fixed should be up and running by 9:00pm tonight (17th).

still no land line. phone is wall socket. calls out starts to dial then cuts off. income not available.
Been without now for three days need is urgent I have wife in hospital.
