my hub is far from the wall socket, and cable runs under floor boards, how can i connect to hub without major work.

Thank you for your post and welcome back to our community forums. 

If you have a VOIP line you can used the adapter to plug the phone's base unit into the back of the Hub directly. 

Or if you would like the Hub moved we do have appointments with our engineers charged at £25 where they will do this for you.

THANKS , i don't have a voip phone , but i realised i can buy a new phone lead , and put my phone near my hub.
