land line not working since fibre switch

Hi my landline does not work after switch over, I am plugged into the right port on the hub, there hub says phone ready, we get no dial tone.

Hi Patron,

Thanks for posting and sorry to hear you're having some issues with the line since the switchover.

Can you confirm if you've tried rebooting the hub already?
