Our problem is that we can make outgoing calls on our landline but all our incoming calls are currently being diverted to a local hotel! We have had no incoming calls for a week now. An engineer came to our house yesterday to see if he could fix the problem by connecting the telephone line to the router but this did not work. We are not the only number that this is happening to in the area and the engineer said that his next job was for the same issue. All of the numbers affected begin with 400 and they are all going through to the same hotel!
He said that the problem must be an "in house" issue and said that he would have to send a report. We are still waiting and there is still nothing on the website to indicate to anyone that there is a problem even though the engineer said that it would be entered on to the website after his visit.
Can anyone please help with this as we are running out of ideas and not getting anywhere with Virgin.
