Hello, I've seen other threads on this but they haven't provided the answer. I have a working phone but I understand that there are colour zones which determine whether my phone plugs into my cable outlet or my Hub. I have tried both and there's no dial tone. My phone number's not on my bill. Can anyone tell me how to find out? I don't actually know how to contact Virgin media apart from by telephone, and I understand this may not be considered an emergency.
I'd also be grateful to know how to access the webchat, as no link is in evidence on the help page, despite what another thread here said.
