OK can see why that would make sense. How do we get things moving on the new box? A very nice young man did come out to see us because we are paying for 100 mb speed and at the time were getting between 8 and 34 and couldn't watch things like BBC iplayer which we tend to do at our age and this gent said it was because the box wasn't powerful enough and we needed the newer one. We said OK and since then the silence has been deafening. In fairness he did say he could have done it there and then but that it was a 50 minute job and this was 7pm on a Friday night and our RL team were due to kick off at 7.45 so we didn't want to miss that and he said no problem someone else would come and fit it
When the phone was working we rang up two or three times but nothing has happened so can you either put us in touch with someone who can help or get the wheels grinding for us please?
