why is vm so hard to get information first.
So my handset isn't compatible with vm and neither is vm coverage in my house first day onboard nothing works. looks like i got to pay more money to get bb signal even 6 ft away from the router.
so where do i locate my home number with no phone attached to call myself
Are you saying that the plug on your telephone does not connect to the router ?
VM supply an adaptor that couples the telephone's BT style plug to the smaller RJ11 socket on the rear of the Hub.
No WiFi signal at 6 feet from the router would be strange.
Check the Hub is online and the WiFi device has connected to the Hub's WiFi service ?
