how on earth do i book an engineer to fix the phonline. the call centres are closed and the website is really the worst customer service experience i've ever witnessed. why can't u book an engineer online. virgin is hardly inexpensive and this should be standard.
so i'm here out of desperation as i can see no other alternative.
the home phoneline has been dead for 3 weeks. when i phoned it from a mobile it is constantly engaged.
is there any chance of an engineer coming tomorrow or monday. or virgin to at least acknwledge the problem?
