Home phone landline not working, no dial tone. have checked equipment at another house and all works perfectly. when do a service status check no issue are showing. any ideas on how can get this resolved.

Sorry to hear this

I have just had a quick look for any national issues and its all clear 

Which indicates it is a local fault and we need to get an engineer booked in 

If you don't mind, I will need to send you a private message to pass security 
If you can check the purple envelope top right of your screen that would be great
