I was able to check our systems and there are no active area issues that would be impacting your landline services at the moment.
Can you tell us if you have a dial tone active on your landline? Have you taken a look at our Landline Faults page to see if this can help resolve your ongoing issue?
Have you checked your landline connections? If your landline is connected to a wall socket, please unplug it and ensure that the socket your landline is connected to is a master socket (a socket with a logo).
