I recently swapped the account details and wisehd to keep the same phone number. i was told it woudl be 10 days. it has now been 26 days, i even had a text message to confirm this would be happening on 23/7/20 - confirming the old number - and still NOTHING!!!
Welcome to our Community and thanks so much for your first post; I was sorry to understand that you're having some issues with your number port/transfer.
I have managed to locate your account from your forum information and I can see that the number is listed as active on your account; are you still experiencing issues when attempting to dial out or receive incoming calls?
Do you have a dial tone when the handset is plugged into the back of your Hub? Can you advise what happens when someone tries to call you?
Please do let us know so we can go ahead and do further checks; at the time of writing, all is looking ok with your landline.
