home phone not working for last 4 weeks

phones say please check line chord. have done but cannot find anything

Can you please tell me if it is currently plugged in the wall or the Hub? Is there a dial tone?

sorry Jodi was obviously too quick off the mark with my praise as the same problem came back 24 hours later and we are without our landline again
