I have several extension lines around the house, therefore if my service will not alter, are virgin sending out technicians to adjust the existing land line extensions so that they will function in future. If so how do we arrange this? As there is no options available when you phone 150 the automated service.

Yes, VM should reconnect your extension sockets to the hub FOC as part of the switchover process as per info here

One of the VM forum team staff should be able to arrange that for you. They should reply here within a day or two.

I have had a look backend and I can see you are currently in the process of the switch over. Have you been able to set up your adaptor as instructed https://www.virginmedia.com/help/home-phone/virginphone/switchover? Has service been successfully transferred over and is fully operating?
