fibrephone switch

Hello

My fibrephone switch over was the 1st of Dec. Installed the adaptor, plugged in the phone as directed on the paperwork but I've got nothing. No dial tone. Reset the router but its still the same. When this happened, the red phone symbol appeared and turned green. Tried another phone but again nothing. I'm presuming the switch over actually happened in our area as the normal phone line is now dead. Our area code is OX12. Is there anything else I should try?

Sorry to hear your landline is not working since the switchover to 21st Century Voice. And sorry for any inconvenience this may be causing.  Have you tried both ports?  Have you checked here, for any advice?  As you've reached out to us, I would like to take a look on your behalf. All sorted and working fine now. Lee_R from the forum team was very patient and helpful. Turned out to be user error. Very embarrassing but glad its working again.
