fibrephone not working

Hi folks. ,phone not working since early sept. I have had 2 engineer visits ,same chap, nice bloke.

Last visit 1/10/22, said he would contact person responsible for migration from copper line to fibre again! Still not working. What do I do next?

Thanks for coming back to me, you're still on the old style phone. Please plug it back into the wall socket, should fix the issue. 

I'll send you a PM to get some details and book in the migration

Thanks for posting and welcome to the community. Sorry for the phone issue. From checking the system, you're still on the old style phoneline through the wall socket, as the migration hasn't happened yet. Can you confirm this is the case for you and the phone is plugged in via the wall socket? 

We can book the migration in for you if you'd like?

No dial tone on wall plug (copper line) checked by nice engineer 1/10/22 - fault ref 14394016 -28 Sept

Phone plugged to adapter on router, checked by engineer

Said previous problems on this street

Please please expedite migration
