fibre switchover technician appointment

I was contacted about this switchover to fibre network switchover and was given an appointment for a technician visit for the 9th of September I have not received confirmation of this but am assuming it is going ahead. However I cannot remember from the conversation if I was supposed to receive some piece of equipment prior to this visit. If so it has not yet arrived.

Sorry to hear you have not had confirmation about the switch over and the missing adapter. 
I can look at both of these for you.
If you don't mind, I will need to send you a private message to pass security. 
If you can check the purple envelope top right of your screen that would be great.
