I was contacted about this switchover to fibre network switchover and was given an appointment for a technician visit for the 9th of September I have not received confirmation of this but am assuming it is going ahead. However I cannot remember from the conversation if I was supposed to receive some piece of equipment prior to this visit. If so it has not yet arrived.
