exasperated

im an OAP who has lost my home phone service on Friday 0800hrs and it is still off im confined

to my home (covid19).I have tried every automated avenue on virgin site no joy at all,they all come back with the same outcome.ive tried with my mobile but told there is a long waiting time!!  mobile prices.!! ANYONE WITH ANY ADVICE?

Hi,do you have the virgin media app ? If so you can book a total loss of service this way.
