Thank you for reaching back out, we are sorry to hear your Landline is still not working, I can see the line is still part of an outage, our Technicians are working to get this resolved, all fix times are estimated and can change depending on the complexity of the faulty, after 48 hours of total loss of service our Auto Compensation.

There aren't currently any updates in regards to the fault, you can sign into your Online Account and register for updates.

4 days now and no information when outage will be resolved
i shall definitely be considering bt or some other supplier
