Hi! Hoping someone can help. I have really bad phone line and I've done all the recommended checks. Not sure if I need an engineer out and I've been desperately trying to get in touch with Virgin Media. I keep getting cut off on both home line and Mobile, and when I've tried on line I've been taken round and round in circles!! I'm starting to lose it! 😖 Can anyone tell me how to do it? Also, I received an automated call this morning (press 1 to talk to whoever) claiming there's illegal activity on my broadband and it will be cut off in 24 hours. I believe it's a scam - do you know? Thank you for any help you can give me!
