Had this issue a few times over recent years and each time an engineer gets booked I have to take time out but the problem is always resolved at the cabinet with no need for the engineer to get access to my home. Everytime I just get a call to say should be solved? Anyway this can be looked at without me having to wait in?
We can book an engineer and what they do do as you know from past experience is go to the cabinet first to see if it can be resolved
