contact for landline faults

Tired of going around in circles  - don't know who designed the web site but they obviously haven't tested it from a customer perspective. I know it is old fashioned but I would actually like to speak to a carbon based life-form if possible - anyone know the number?

Re: contact for landline faults

thank you, but you were correct - absolutely no help whatsoever. Apparently there is a memorable word that I don't remember and nothing else would do - account number, bank details, payment record - all no use. Computer says send a letter with the memorable word in 3-5 days, then we can talk to you?! Happy to move away to absolutely anywhere

Re: contact for landline faults

Hello @Unhappy221,

Welcome, thanks for posting.

I am sorry for any issues with your landline.

Can you please tell me if you have a dial tone? Can you be heard or hear when someone calls? Can you call out but no one can call in?

Many thanks,

Hayley
