Hello, our landline is part of our package but we haven't used it yet so it isn't connected. How do we get an engineer out to connect & activate it please?

Thank you so much for your post and I'm so sorry to hear your landline is not yet up and running.
Can I just confirm is this a 21CV line that needs to be plugged into your Hub or is this a traditional landline?

Sorry I've no idea what 21CV is. All I know is that the landline is part of our package & an electrician recently fitted a phone socket to the wall of our new extension. We've never had a running landline here so we need someone to set it up for us quickly as my elderly mum will be moving into the extension in a few days

The original contract was Wednesday 25th July 2018 & there have been 2 updates since then
