compensation

Our phone line has been down for over 1 month.

on my latest bill they offered 1 day (!) compensation - how do i challenge this as it's not fixed as of today.

In addition the engineer turned up today, took 5 minutes to tell me he could n't fix it and didn't know when the team would come to deal with it. This is after 2 prior visits where they identified the fault.

Which email can i use to contact customer services as the phone number is im possible to get through on.

Re: compensation

Sorry - no email address. You are really rather restricted to calling in.

Re: compensation

Hi Antman54, thanks for the message and sorry to hear that you are having issues with the landline and that there is still a fault. Have we credited back for the loss of service? Chris

Re: compensation

Hi Antman54

Can you please let us know how the next bill looks

It will then give us enough time to alter it if needed

Re: compensation

£65.99 bill date 15th Feb payable 4th march.

only an £8 rebate.

I was advised it would be £35 rebate for every 14 days of loss of service.

It has been out of action since Jan 22nd.

Re: compensation

also, to compound this.

my new upgraded broadband contract which is for 200Mbs is only delivering 80Mbs!

I really need Virgin to get a grip of this.

(The engineer is meant to be here on the 4th March to replace cables)

Re: compensation

Hey @Antman54,

Thanks for coming back to us, I have been able to locate your account but we would need to go into a private message so that we can clear account security and discuss this further as we cannot do this in the open forum.

I will drop a private message over in a moment and we can get started once you reply to me.

Regards

Steven_L
