Our phone line has been down for over 1 month.
on my latest bill they offered 1 day (!) compensation - how do i challenge this as it's not fixed as of today.
In addition the engineer turned up today, took 5 minutes to tell me he could n't fix it and didn't know when the team would come to deal with it. This is after 2 prior visits where they identified the fault.
Which email can i use to contact customer services as the phone number is im possible to get through on.
