How are you getting on with changing my number ?

Am I writing to a real person or an algorithm ?

This isn't a customer service branch, this is a help forum that is manned by member's of public.

Best way to query account specific things is to contact customer service direct.

I can assure you there is people at the ends of the phones just not many of them it seems.

Best number to reach them on is 0345 454 1111 if calling from a mobile, if your calling from a Virgin landline go ahead and dial 150

Hi Julian,

 

After our private chat I can confirm the change we discussed will go ahead in 24 hours, to get the new number you can either call your Mobile or dial 174 on your handset.
