I'm trying to cancel a technician's appointment after the telephone fault has corrected itself
I arranged the appointment less than 24 hours ago.
There is no reference to it when logging in to my virgin media. under "appointments and orders"
Where should I look on the website?
will it appear after 24hours and will I be able to cancel it via the website?
