I have recently left VM but have not received any letter ref the return of my wifi router. I understand that you will charge me for it if I don't return it within a certain time but as usual I have heard absolutely nothing.
Please send me a returns envelope so I can post it back to you.
Although I have received a final bill my direct debit is still active! I want cancel it but no doubt this will cause problems if I do this from my side i.e. it isn't fully settled but you haven't told me. Can I cancel it now?
Please sort it out.

Thanks for posting and welcome back to the community.
I am very sorry to hear you've left us.
Please keep the direct debit open for three months after the cancellation, that's what we normally advise people.
In relation to the router - the system check done today shows you can recycle it.
