Having just been reconnected after having no landline for 5 weeks we have now lost caller ID which we rely on. Tried calling virgin twice for over a hour but no answer. Can anyone please advise / help us to get this service back

Thanks for joining me on PM. Just to update the thread, caller ID was fixed by a technician visit.
