Following a recent repair to my home phone. The unit no longer displays the number of the incoming call. Also 1471 doesn't work. Can this be reset for me please

Still not working I'm afraid. No caller number when receiving an incoming call. The display just says external call. Also the 1471 facility isn't working so can't check who the caller was.
Could you have a look at this again please.
