Had no end of issues trying to get my phone issue sorted out after having my engineer appointment cancelled more than once (joke of a service)
There was an outrage or something and I lost my incoming ring tone so didn't know when people were phoning me (great in this worrying times)
Finally got the problem sorted yesterday external to house so no need for anyone to come in.
But now, No incoming Caller ID or 1471 check back.
Anyone from Virgin Media fancy getting it sorted out because another 3 hours trying to get help on the phone to you people I do not fancy, its to stressful and makes me feel ill.
