We can appreciate how frustrating this can be when neither feature is working.

 

When did these features stop working? Have you recently changed your equipment at all?

An engineer visited in January to fix a "no incoming calls problem" and caller id and 1471 have not worked since then.

Thanks for coming back to me JDRedditch.

 

It sounds as though these features have possibly fallen off our switch when the engineer attended.

 

We will get our telephony department to get this check for you and make sure that the features still appear on here.

 

 

Please can you check these features again for us as now, and let us know if they are working again?

I am also having this problem, it's very frustrating, iv been calling virgin for months, they reduced package from 39 to 16 pound few months ago and hasn't worked since, I was told all they've done was took voicemail off so we tried to have it put back on and nothing, I'm calling everyday and the technical team are flagging it but nothing is happening, I need urgent attention my father in law is 77 and disabled please someone help
