Hi,
I'm trying to divert my home phone to my mobile. I had the feature added to my account a few days ago and I've telephoned twice since for instructions. Nothing is working - can someone please advise.
I was given:
21 followed by +44mobile no then #
We are in Purple zone.

The instructions you have sent me have worked thankfully. However the instructions which you sent me via whatsapp did not have *21* it just says 21.
