call divert

My call divert was working fine until i turned it off for a few days. Now when I try and set it up I input *70 but I am not getting a dial tone, just a continual tone.

I need this for my business.

HELP!

All sorted now.

It was a simple process really.

Two 2 hour phone calls and 6 different people spoken to and someone finally reset the call divert and away we go.
