broken landline cable in garden

How do we get a broken landline cable fixed.  Accidently hit the cable digging a hole in lawn. None of the options help at all. Just go around and around in circles. 150 doesnt work. Or when told checking the line. Just cut off. Not very helpful.  If we could talk to an actual human being it would help.

We can get this looked into to but for jobs like this there is a one off £25 charge as it comes under a special request which is 'accidental damaged'
