My landline hasn't been working for 2 days. Yesterday there status page said there was a known problem but at the moment the status page says phone is fine. Please can anyone advise? Can't hold on calling on my mobile much longer.

I can see that you spoke with someone yesterday via our call centre, are you able to confirm if they have been able to resolve the issue?
