You own me £400 - case settled

I have settled my by using CISAS (Ticket #04JzMdvhwLjjMmsKp). All my personal details are on the ticket.

You own me £400, I want to make this clear I do not want vouchers or credits, just a cheque or a bank transfer to the same account where I have my direct debit.

If you service is as bad it has been for the last year I want to keep the option open to break my current contract with you for a reasonable lack of service

Is that clear enough? I expect your confirmation in the following days.

Sorry Chris,
You are wrong, I need to take with your company. CISAS does not give credit or vouchers. Virgin Media does. How many days is going take you to sort it out?
