I keep getting the message I don’t have enough credit to make a call when I’m on unlimited calls.

Hi @Natalie1968, thanks for your post although I'm sorry to hear of your concerns raised here. 

Can you confirm if you have any outstanding amount on your bills by logging into your Virgin Mobile account here?

Can you also confirm if you have a data spending cap set up, because if you have gone over this then that might be the reason too, even if over by 1p!

No i haven’t gone over my spending cap and all my bills are upto date.  My phone also for some reason thinks I’m abroad at times
