Please can any one offer simple advice.
We've plugged our Fibre Adapter in and the house phone was able to make and take calls. A few hours later, we can ring out but no one can ring in. Just get a message saying its an invalid number. We've had the same phone number for years. Ironically don't hardly use the landline but we pay for it, so need it fully working. The Hub has been switched off and on already and no difference.
Any ideas please.

I am sorry to hear you're unable to receive calls following your switchover and can only ring out.
