Woke up to see phoneline not working...

I am my Mums who has Virgin Media with Phone. I'm contacting on her behalf as there is over an hour wait time on the queue.

This morning the phoneline has been down. Was fine last night, just woke up this morning to see that its not working (no dial tone, plugged into the wall socket directly. Calling the landline goes straight through to the automated Voice message and there are no rings.

If someone can help would be greatly appreciated.

Bad news, its the next day and the phone line is still down 😞

Thanks for coming back to me. Is there still no dial tone at all? I noticed the work order I raised was fixed in the early hours but will happily look into it again

Still no dial tone 😞

Plugged in an old cored phone, thinking it might be the actual phone itself, but still get no dial tone even on the replacement phone.
