Wired speed fallen, Cable possibly damaged by council pavement work?

The council started digging up our pavement yesterday and since then my download speed has dropped from 100-110 Mbit/s down to about 65, and worse, it keeps disconnecting (I am trying to work from home and it really doesn't help when zoom calls keep dropping). I've rebooted the router & tested via the website which says everything is fine...

How can I get an engineer to come check what's been messed up?

Sorry to hear of the broadband issues experienced, have you been able to check here virg.in/service for any known area faults that may be causing the drop in speeds?
