How can I contact someone regarding damage to my car by one of your extremely rude broadband fitters. 

The technician is drilling hole internally and pieces of stones falling out the facade of the building. One stone was so big that it cracked the windshield of my vehicle, another did a dent on the bonnet.

The technician is telling me to go away and **bleep** off. I've got photos and videos of the whole thing. This could have been a person injured.

Not really sure by the attitude I am getting from the operative. She is shouting at me now and on the phone with her manager Pedro who refuses giving me his name and tels me to call virgin media.
