Sorry to hear that you have not received the adapter to complete the IP home phone set up. This is normally sent separately 2 weeks before your migration date, as you have had a new hub set rather than installed by an engineer, I have ordered you an adapter that should be with you in the next 5 working days.
Please do let us know if you have any other concerns with you landline or set up with the adapter. We'll be here to support further if needed.
