Why has my home phone been disconnected

After giving notice of leaving my home phone was disconnected last week is this happening to other customers

Did you give your 30 days notice? 

Do you have a dial tone?

Have you tried using an additional device?

Hi 

yes I gave 30 days notice and have checked outage according to you all is well and working fine.no dial tone no response no customer service any chance of speaking to somebody live

Hey Keith,

Our responses here are not a live service and we respond as soon as we can, having looked into the account I see no reason why the landline would not be working as the order has been correctly placed, what I would say we would need to do is book in a technician for you to come review this and assess why its not working. Are you happy for me to raise this through?
