Why does it take so long for Virgin to fix a Home phone recurring fault?

Our home phone line in the Dudley area needs fixing. The best Appointment for a technician Virgin could offer was 6 days ahead. Bearing in mind this is a recurring fault which was not fixed properly the first time it is impossible to accept that Virgin are offering a ‘service’. It is fair question to ask why does Virgin take so long, does anyone have any thoughts on this?

Appointment availability are due to the engineer availability in your area.
