it's impossible to report even a fault. homeline dead 4 3 weeks. they have no email contact, no way to book an engineer online. call centres are closed.

 

what am i supposed to do when the home phoneline is dead? please tell me as i'm now desperate as i need the phone now.

 

the only email i had was the executive team who reply and then nothing happens.

 

i just don't know how u can supply absolutely no online help. 

 

the 'automated help' is like wandering into william blake's hell.

If I’m not wrong, there is a way to book an engineer online for phone.

Logon to My Virginmedia and check the service status.

You will get an option to test your phone line.

You will then be able to book an engineer:

still no reply. it's a simple question. how do i book an engineer to fix my phone. have no 150 number as the phone is dead; no one in the call centre.

can someone please tell me how i do it?

I'm sorry to hear you haven't been able to use your landline service for so long. I can see that my colleague Melissa was able to help out with this earlier this morning and arrange for an engineer to come and check out the issue.
