I am moving to Flat number 1. Flat number 3 below me and Flat number 5 next to me both have Virgin. Why is that I cannot get it?
My landlord also said there is a virgin line in the property but virgin are saying they cannot service my flat nor send an engineer out to check.
Any help would be appreciated.

The serviceability of a property depends on various factors. Whilst the cabling may be in place in the main building, there may be no space in your local cabinet, or in previous instances, we have checked and we need to go through a neighbour's property, and this has been refused.
