Why am I still paying for a "landline" when I dont have one. Phone calls are routed via the router and use a single data cable into the property with a simple splitter going to two Tivo boxes and the router. The router feed delivers wifi, broadband and telephone cables. As far as I am converned this is a VOIP connection  and no tradition physical landline technology in used anywhere. You are paying for the phone ‘service’ however it is presented.

Hello @Armdalesyd,

Welcome back! Thanks for posting.

I am sorry for any confusion.

As you are still using a landline phone, you will still be charged for the landline services, even if it is connected through the Hub.

Many thanks,

Hayley
