You can get the last number that called you via 1471 if it was actually presented on caller ID. Not aware of any other means from VM that can do this for you. Does your phone not have any caller ID logging features for inbound calls?
Even if you can obtain the number, there is a very high chance the number was a fake caller ID so probably won't be that much help.
Providers do not log incoming calls. The originating provider will be the only one with this information. Providers only track these calls for billing purposes. Anything else would get bogged down in GDPR & other privacy legislation.
