On Saturday 28th October VM sent a text telling me to perform the phone switchover ".. tomorrow, October 30th, after 9am..".
It hardly takes a genius to spot the error!
Maybe it's all the agents they use located in far-flung countries that have difficulty understanding our calendar, or maybe, as the switch hasn't happened yet, they simply don't know what they're doing.
Why do we pay for such incompetent service?

Which switchover is that? Was the date wrong the time wrong, or maybe it was meant for someone who actually wants your phone line...😏
