When is my home phone adaptor coming?

hi,

I'm due for home phone switchover next month but keep on receiving messages to say I will receive an adaptor but as yet have received nothing?

Has it been sent?

secondary question if I receive the adaptor early can I use it straight away or do I have to wait for switchover date.

Hi there @sounds 👋 Welcome back to our forum and thanks for your post 😊

If the switchover is due on your account the adapter will be sent out before the switchover date. The adapter can only be used once this change has come into effect.

I'll be happy to send you a PM to check your details to see when this is due to take place.
